Wi School

Who Are We?

Wi School was founded in 2008 with the aim of offering a school on the cutting edge of education and open to the world.

Its founders based the Wi School pedagogical project on three principles: the guarantee and transparency of the learning of fundamental knowledge in line with the National Education cycles, bilingualism through immersion, and the application of active and positive pedagogies.

The founders of Wi School, all accomplished professionals in their fields, have followed demanding and cutting-edge educational training: in the United States, Head of School training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education; in France, certifications in Educational Sciences, Montessori, Positive Pedagogy, Institutional Pedagogy...

The school, thus well anchored in its pedagogical project, has continued to enrich itself by appropriating the most recent advances in education. Wi School wishes to see the children blossom academically and individually, through a positive and active dynamic learning of the fundamentals and English through immersion.

In the Children's House (3-6 year old), the teachers rely primarily on Montessori pedagogy and materials. In the elementary school, Montessori materials are still very present, and the teachers also deploy other tools to guarantee the best possible learning experience for the children. This is done in a totally bilingual atmosphere.

Thus, practicing true bilingualism and relying on an official curriculum, the former students of Wi School have been accepted into prestigious establishments, whether it is the International Sections of several public or sub-contracted colleges in Paris and the Paris region, international colleges, private bilingual colleges, or renowned schools such as the l’École Alsacienne.

Our Values

As a school, the development of our students remains at the heart of our work, both individually and academically.  We value transparency and respect in order to provide the best possible environment for the development and learning of each individual.

Human qualities are an important part of the transmission and engage the joy of teaching and learning. We envision our school as a place where children, their families and teachers can come together in an enthusiastic community.

Wi School and You

Transparency and communication between the school and parents is an important value in our school. Parents can meet with the teachers and the administration at any time during the year to discuss specific issues.

At the end of each semester, parents are invited to meet with the teaching staff to discuss the academic report issued at that time.

More informal exchanges are also part of school life: parents' coffee, shows, outings, celebrations...

We encourage all parents with constructive and positive ideas to share them with the school administration.
